Job Description

Express Auto Hail Repair is looking for candidates who are friendly with an upbeat personality, have great attention to detail, and can learn new processes quickly. Taking on the receptionist role means you will have to represent our company in the best way possible by greeting customers in a friendly manner and communicating with them clearly. You will handle frustrated customers as well as confused customers, do not panic, you must be able to remain calm and help the customer as much as you can. Being able to communicate is essential for this job. You will have interactions with customers all day and assist their needs such as vehicle drop off, welcoming a new customer, answering questions about the status of their vehicle and more.

No prior experience is required for this job. We will train the right person. Is that you?

Shifts: Full-time, 40 hours/week, 8:30am - 5:30pm (45min lunch)

Location: Austin, TX 

Contract / 1099

Responsibilities:
‍

• Greet and welcome customers
• Answer phone calls from patients and insurances
• Set up a customer intake form for new customers
• Make appointments for people to drop off their vehicles
• Make key tags to identify which vehicle belongs to which customer
• Be enthusiastic towards customers and be able to converse with them
• Get the status of the customers vehicle
