Job Description:

Express Hail Repair is looking for another team member who is upbeat, motivated, and a self-starter to join our growing team. 

The new outreach teammate should have the ability to self-monitor their time, have great attention to detail, address customer questions, and provide AMAZING customer service.

Here is what the position entails:

You're responsible to speak to vehicle owners who have hail damage so they can schedule evaluations for our Hail Experts to qualify them for our $0 Deductible Program. Where we pay the customers deductible, they pay nothing. We even provide a free rental if needed for our customers. 

Your responsibility is not to close the lead, it's simply to go door-to-door and find customers interested in receiving a non-commitment Hail Evaluation with one of our hail experts. Responsibilities:
‍

• Providing meaningful interactions with leads and providing simple information regarding fixing a customers hail damage
• Continually keeping a pipeline of new customers via conversations in neighborhoods (door to door) or parking lots
• Keeping accurate records of leads and scheduling evaluations
• Ability to work a flexible schedule Monday-Friday and some Saturday's
• Schedule free evaluations with vehicle owners

Salary:

• Starting at $20 an hour + Commission
• The average hours worked per week are 15-25 hours. With the option to work longer.
